Each garter has been hand embellished with pearls on a beautiful pleated chiffon fabric. The ends of the chiffon are frayed for a modern and imperfect appearance. The chiffon is attached to a double sided velvet ribbon allowing for a tie fastening. Each garter comes in a luxury white box and wrapped in thick vellum paper. It is the perfect keepsake piece that can be put back in the box and kept for years to come. This piece is lovingly made by hand.
